MUTA takes its name from the Latin word mutare — to change.
It reflects a simple belief: meaningful change happens when small, intentional actions compound over time.
Creating space for that change is where MUTA begins.
MUTA was created to offer something different. A slower pace. Longer appointments. A calm, considered environment where clinical expertise is matched by the experience of care.
Through physiotherapy, massage therapy and far-infrared sauna, MUTA brings together expert musculoskeletal care with the time and space to treat each person as an individual.
About Crystal
Crystal Naismith is a physiotherapist with nearly two decades of clinical experience.
She has completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Graduate Certificate and Master's degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, and has worked across public hospitals, private practice and specialist musculoskeletal services in Australia and the United Kingdom.
Her clinical experience includes the assessment and management of complex spinal, hip, knee and shoulder conditions within Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy services, including decisions regarding surgical intervention and specialist orthopaedic or neurosurgical review.
She believes the best care combines clinical expertise with time, attention and genuine collaboration—helping people better understand their bodies and move with greater confidence.
